The Struts attract a variety of fans, from Little Mix loving teenage girls (bass player Jed Edwards is the boyfriend of a Little Mixer), to ageing rockers (with an alarming variety of hair styles). Noticeably though the Derby band's crowd seems to be gradually turning into a more typical rock audience. This may, in part, be due to the ever growing American support slots with the likes of the Foo Fighters, Motley Crue, The Who and The Stones.

The Struts have been playing the UK circuit for a few years now playing to more and more people. They have spent much of the last year touring the States...big things are happening over there (not least opening for Motley Crue on their final ever shows). Tonight felt like a homecoming.

The Struts have been playing to ever growing crowds in the UK for a few years and in the process have developed a reputation as a top live band. That reputation is helped in no small part by a front man (Luke Spiller) who, like his obvious heroes, is here to entertain but the band as a whole are a well oiled unit. Now America has started to take notice.
